Bringing a product to market entails many steps – these steps will vary depending on your product complexity, production quantities, novelty, expected timeline, and many other factors. We take projects through the Ventrify Process, learn more on our Services page, a lean and streamlined method we have developed in house. The whole project will typically cost $25,000 – $250,000 although we are always open to discussing larger or smaller projects.

That said, every project is different and the first step is always to understand the problem and evaluate the current opportunity. We do this as part of our Discovery phase, continuing on to ideate potential solutions and, once one is chosen, create a custom project roadmap. This strategic first step that gives you powerful insight prior to delving into the bulk of the project (defining costs and timelines),  while helping you plan for the future.

As is the norm with custom projects, it depends. Typically, it will take 1 to 6 months to complete our pre-manufacture work (Discovery, Design, Prototyping, Engineering and Testing). Then we will work with the factory during the production, quality control, and logistics stages which is often another 1-4 months.

There are, of course, many factors that may extend the timeline including: regulatory approval, testing, sourcing, and standard delays. Reach out to us for better understanding of how long your particular project will take. Consultations are always free.

Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are done for every project and ensure confidentiality for both parties. We provide a mutual NDA where the terms apply to both parties. If your organization has an NDA that requires our signature, we handle this through email.
